Multi-Unit Franchise - AOi reports directly to the CFO. Our duties include Accounts Payable, Daily Sales/Cash Reporting, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, and Management Assistance. Our Accounting Services Team supports the role of the CFO in special projects or information reporting requirements of Senior Management. Our work has allowed the CFO to develop and maintain a Budgeting System, Manager Incentive Program, and has further allowed the company to expand at a rapid pace while reducing infrastructure and overhead costs. Government Contractor - AOi is in charge of all accounting functions from CFO to Accounts Payable and Receivables Clerk. Our Accounting Services Team effectively replaced 5 accounting personnel for a savings of over 70% in department costs. We assisted in reducing receivable collection times from 120 days to 30 days. That in turn reduced borrowing costs by over 75%.
